Adele Breaks Yet Another Chart Record

Adele has broken yet another record with her latest album, 21. The London singer’s second studio LP has beaten Take That’s The Circus as the most downloaded album on Amazon.

Last week Adele made chart history when the album broke the record for the most consecutive weeks at number one for a female solo artist.

Adele UK tour dates have been confirmed to take place throughout April and September this year. The singer claimed last month that she would not be making any festival appearances in 2011.

Adele Scared Of Selling Out

UK star Adele has revealed that she is afraid of turning into a mainstream pop star. She told the Vancouver Sun : ‘I don’t like productions.

‘I feel comfortable just standing on a stage with piano than with a band and dancers and routines and sparkly lights.’

She added: ‘The thought of doing (pop)- I’d love to do it, but the thought of it just makes me want to jump off a building.’

Adele tickets are now on sale for the singer’s April UK tour dates. Adele UK tour dates have also been confirmed to take place in September 2011.

Adele September 2011 UK Tour To Go On Sale Tomorrow

UK star Adele has announced details of a September UK tour, in addition to her previously announced April dates. the singer has enjoyed huge success with her latest album, 21, and is now set to embark on a full tour of the UK.

Adele wowed BRIT Awards viewers this week with her performance of hit single, Someone Like You.

Adele tickets will go on general sale tomorrow, 18th February for the following shows:

British singer-songwriter Adele will tour the UK this April, performing her soulful hits in venues across England, Scotland and Ireland.

After making her name with the song Chasing Pavements, Adele will be promoting her new album 21, which is due to be released this month.

The Adele UK tour will see the artist perform at venues such as Leeds O2 Academy, Glasgow O2 ABC, Manchester Ritz Ballroom, Birmingham HMV Institute, Southampton Guildhall, London O2 Shepherds Bush Empire and Dublin Olympia Theatre.
