Manchester United Plan £25m Move for Tottenham Playmaker Rafael Van der Vaart

Manchester United are reportedly planning a move to lure Tottenham playmaker Rafael Van Der Vaart to Old Trafford. The Dutch international has been in excellent form since his move to White Hart Lane last August and has spearheaded the North London side’s push for a second successive top four finish as well as helping to guide the club to the Champions League Quarter-Finals.

Having been rebuffed in his advances for Luka Modric and Gareth Bale, Ferguson hopes to bring in the former Real Madrid, Hamburg and Ajax man to help improve Man United’s goal scoring threat from their midfield and is apparently willing to spend up to

Britain Soccer Premier LeagueNot that I condone that sort of abuse levelled at referees because there should be some respect given them. However, if you’ve just made an absolutely terrible call in a very high intensity game, you can expect to hear about it.

How about to make things fair, the FA charge Mike Dean with improper refereeing?

Tweet « Battle at the Lane (vs Tottenham) | Home | RonaldosbootWe'll rise above. Raf was awesome till the sending off. The bastard in black did his best to slow the game down. What a knob. This looked to be the best game in a so far drab league and it was ruined by the crap official working for the crap FA.(Fuckin Atrocious)XythI am surprised the did not charge Fergie as well for failing to comment on refs performance.

Old farts at FA are at it again.. They can't wait for an excuse to punish United.

Oner rule for United another one for everybody else. [How many times have they charged cunts like Gerard and Terry for their even worse outburst against refs?)Jay1389It seemed like Dean was looking for any excuse to book United players and once he had done so had to throw a couple Tottenham's way since the bar had been set so low. I suppose the first yellow to Raphael could be considered a yellow by the book, but just because you can give a card for something, doesn't mean you should or that it's warranted. Personally I think the spirit in which the offense is commited should be the guide for issuing cards or not (intent to injure, cynical, etc.). I don't recall seeing any fouls by either team that met that standard. Based on previous games this year I thought the yellows he gave out during the game (to both teams) were on the weak side and most referee's in the UK would have merely verbally warned the players without any cards at all.RespectThe FA would never charge a ref - at trhe end of the day the refs live up to the incompetence expected by the FA. Those cock smokers lost a world cup that was as good as in the bag for fucks sake!! Fuck the respect campaign let's turn he screw on the idiots in the middle. It's about time their addresses were published for all to see!!blog comments powered by Disqus
