Highlights of yesterday’s 0-0 draw against Sunderland, as well as a few other things worth mentioning today, after the jump.

Also, there was some reports yesterday that Jack Wilshere would miss the Barca match with the ankle knock he picked up late, but today we actually got some good injury news for a change — Jack is fit to go and will almost certainly start against Barcelona. Given how good he was in the first leg, plus how crap Diaby & Denilson were yesterday, it’s a huge boost for us.

Also, for what it’s worth, because we got into this little “debate” with Stoke trolls recently, Ryan Shawcross once again provided us with convincing evidence that he IS that kind of player over the weekend:

That’s just about it for this weekend. There’s a match going on right now that is going pretty well for us, but I don’t even want to talk about for fear of a jinx. But let’s hope it holds up.

Back with a preview of the Barca away leg tomorrow.
