Ok so I used a cliche as my title, big freaking deal, the more important thing is the changes my faithful readers, there are some of you out there right?, will see for at least the rest of this season, if not longer. For those of you that have not heard, The Offside was recently purchased by the very large and talented SBNation. While this won’t mean a whole lot in terms of how this site changes in look, you are going to be seeing some new and exciting content here on The Everton Offside. SBNation already had an Everton site known as Royal Blue Mersey, and now both sites will be partnering up. The plan is to share duties on things such as match preview and reviews, along with various opinion articles that will posted. This means that sometimes I will be sending you over there for fantastic articles, and other times we will have some new folks over here.
So without further ado, head over to www.royalbluemersey.com and check out their great site
On twitter you can follow them @rbmersey
As for me, I can be found on twitter @Brian_Goodison, and you can also follow this blog @evertonoffside
As one final note, a big welcome to all the new folks coming to visit from Royal Blue Mersey, I look forward to getting to know everyone and hope you enjoy everything you find here. Until next time everyone COYB!
