Blackburn - Arsenal Preview

">digg: reddit: stumbleupon:BurNo Theo ? Really.. Arshavin wont start against Blackburn.. He looks so slow and heavy.brentonwaltersJust wanted to say hi, not much to add. While I think Arshavin may be the better choice, I think Walcott gets the start.Darren_VHey Sairax, are you gonna refer to Song as 'world class holding midfielder' as well? I wonder how soon Dorbell will come around now that Martin has given him the perfect platform to continue his anit-Arshavin campaign.Zito_v2As long as Sairax gives the daily Wilshere and Vela update, I'll be happy.third eyeArsenal should win this one easily. If Rosicky manage to play the midfielder maestro alongside Fabregas, Van Persie and Chamakh will have no choice to shoot. Arshavin, as said, will certainly be helpful and Eboue could be a useful player too for this game. His crosses are great and he combines well and can dribble a lot which attract defend and create space.third eyeOh, and by the way, Arshavin must be a phenomenon to be able to play on the starting eleven and sit on the bench at the same time! =D I just notice it. I presume that you (Martin) meant Walcott?...CasimirIsn't that what Arshavin does already? Sit on the bench while in the middle of the pitch?

(joking... just in case the sarcasm didn't come across the interwebs)SairaxOh and don't worry everyone. The media will be quite kind to us if Blackburn try to rough us up. They were quite outraged at the Dutch tactics against Spain, so surely they would not accept that kind of behaviour in the prestigous EPL!SairaxWell I was hoping to see Squizz sit on David Dunn and Nasri, our little Marseille starter, pick a fight with El Hadj Diouf, but we can't always get what we want.

That lineup you put out is pretty damn close to our first choice xi (and future Jesus doesn't even make the bench!). If they can't pull it out we're in trouble. That said, I think that most of them are up for it and hungry so I'm hoping that we can get the 3 points. We just can't let them get to us. Blackburn have looked decent in their first 2 games so I expect them to grab a goal. I just want the win. Very badly. I am still cringing from the awfulness that was last season't trip to Ewood Park.

Come on you Gunners!!SairaxBlackburn finished 6th? Don't give me a heart attack Martin!MartinGood catch -- fixed. With last day of work craziness, I'm sure that's not the only major typo in there.Sairaxlol that's ok. With the whole work thing, plus taking about 3 hours to wash off the ickiness from all the praise you gave Fat Sam, it's a wonder you got this thing posted at all!

Hope everything is going well so far!blog comments powered by Disqus
