BrentonwaltersI also picked Bolton as a team to watch this season, and to finish in the top ten. On top of Petrov (most underrated player in the Premier League?) and the others mentioned, Coyle brought in Robbie Blake from Burnley, who already has saved a point for Bolton. He'll provide much-needed leadership and composure to the team, I think.J__VHope rosicky doesn't play in that advanced wide role. He's got some form back I'd rather seem him play central or not at all where he can use his intelligence with clever passing. Eboue is due a start,is easily our best dribbler, commits defenders & will threaten in behind the LB.SairaxVermaelen is out so Squizz is in I'm guessing. I'd rather have him than Djourou because Djourou does not seem to be doing particularly well from what I've seen of him so far. That gives us an all frenchie backline. Well they did well in the WC right? Er...at least they can speak to each other in french to confuse the Bolton players! Obviously this is going to be a bit worrying to have 2 EPL newbies at CB so I hope they can deal. We've got a lot of players for the midfield so I'm not too worried there, although I hope Cesc starts playing better soon. Rosicky is in good form, Arshavin is trying more and has 2 goals, and Chamakh gives us an aerial threat plus he works his butt off. Of course Bolton still play a physical game with the players they have so our players need to be up for that challenge. Just take your lumps and get up and get on with it I say.
Almunia's in goal. If he's what we've got then I hope he plays amazing. I'll be glad if he takes this opportunity to show all of us that he deserves to be here instead of letting this whole GK mess get to his head.
Hope Vela gets a look in because I want to see him step up for us. I want to see some fight tomorrow and get the 3 points!SairaxI agree Bolton is looking decent this year with Coyle on board and the players they have. I particularly like Lee, Petrov, and Klasnic. Knight and Cahill are freakin huge so they'll try and use that to their advantage. Robinson worries me, he makes awful tackles. They have their 3rd choice GK from what I hear so we need to BANK! Kevin Davies is of course a big threat up front and he wins a lot of fouls so we definitely need to keep an eye on him. Hopefully they will continue their away form but honestly this is the type of game that we should be winning if we're gonna challenge for the title.SairaxJussi got a red card in the last match so he won't be playing against usblog comments powered by Disqus
