He looks like a zombie who has risen from the grave. has no expression, no passion, no tactics or motivation. training sessions were a joke when making players run around cones etc. previous experience working in israel, no other club would have hired him. everyone knows he was a lucky manager picking up Jose's team who were practically managing themselfs by strong leaders like terry, lamps and drogba and by steve clark. Any clown could have sat in the dugout to watch the players carrying on from what they learnt from Jose. The players also made it the CL final, Lucky bastard seems to get all the credit but everyone knows he had nothing to with that. Chelsea were in their prime that year and should have won everything and ended up with nothing.
Grants real managerial skills have shown in portsmouth and in west ham. He got portsmouth relegated and could do same for west ham, fair enough took portsmouth to the fa cup final but they had no chance of beating chelsea after coming off a 7-0 hammering earlier in season from chelks.
