Chelsea have sent an offer for Saint Etienne winger Dimitri Payet, according to L’Equipe.
Even though Saint Etienne chiefs are adamant their most prized asset is not for sale, Chelsea have reportedly decided to test their resolve by sending an official offer for the French international.
Les Verts have already rejected two bids from Paris Saint Germaine but it is thought they would be willing to consider any offer exceeding
