Until that point he hadn't played a full, injury-free season for us. When people are injured, they almost always come back early, as well.
I look at American sports and the things they do as regards preventive maintenance, stretching and rehabbing of injuries, as well. I just think that there is something funky when year after year, a team gets bitten by the injury bug. This reminds me so much of the injury to RvP last year. The guy was in amazing form for the team that pays his salary for the early part of the season, he plays in a stupid f***ing international game and gets injured, and then has to come back into form at one of the most crucial points of the season!! So frustrating!!
