We Did One Thing Well

Sounds as though there was at least one high dollar bid for Gareth Bale, and we turned it down. So at least we aren’t hemorrhaging players to balance the books ala our friends at Liverpool (Sorry Ed). Spurs must keep the foundation strong, there is a glut of talent in the midfield though, that at some point must be parlayed into strength at the front. I’m certain a few more lackluster matches against inferior opponents will bring that reality to light, prove me wrong Spurs!

Oh, and we got a keeper. Yahoo…

somebody actually wrote about this like a week maybe more ago about man united making a bid and levy effectively telling them to fuck off cos there is no chance in hell. and yh our midfield is amazing.. time for the strikers to start scoring in the PL

Unlike the Berbatov days, there is too much quality at Spurs for everything to collapse upon the sale of one player.
