MotM Poll: Chelsea 3-3 Aston Villa

The kiss of death.

kissofdeat

Nightmares of 2007.

Grossly disappointing. I’m actually kind of pissed off, not just with the way we conceded another late leveler against Aston Villa, either. That’s the same Aston Villa who have done fuck all over the past month or so (kind of like us).

I believe I’m more angry with the fact that we have proved to be inept once more. Can you believe that’s what we get after the Bolton result? Perhaps I should be happy we didn’t win. That would have done nothing more than paper over the problems. We are truly awful at the moment. This squad is devoid of ideas and energy. Even when we began to press, we still didn’t look proper. We spent something like 20 minutes camped in Villa’s half immediately following Heskey’s early second-half goal, and created only two clear chances.

Then Drogba decides to show up – and we score two goals. My God how far has he  fallen? It’s pretty amazing how reliant we are on him. And how about the defending for Villa’s third? John Terry’s not immune from criticism on that one. Baffling stuff.

Then there’s Nicolas Anelka and Paulo Ferreira. Just go away, the both of you.

More later. I’m too depressed to continue.

Aston Villa | Home | chelseardepressingcarlo should of been fired ages ago but wasnt, and he wont be, instead hell sign luiz and a striker thats probably gunna fail and push young english talent like sturridge out of the team. Sturidge should be playing all the tiome, drop anelka, he past it, and rarely use kalou. Buy a right back as ferraira is so shit now, buy a right winger, leave it at that. If performances still dip after januray CARLO WILL BE GONE ANYWAYCharlieSturridge as a zombie on that pic, Jack? Look at him all blurry and unhappy :>JackI'd be angry too if I was continually overlooked in favor of Anelka and Kalou.CharlieI think it's clear enough that the players are backing Carlo all the time. The celebration on Jack's picture proves just that.
And to commenter 'Chelsea'. That's just dumb to call for Carlo's head at this stage. We are still in the mix, Arsenal showed last year that you can always get back no matter how many points behind. If Roman starts chopping again, we're screwed. We've got a young(ish) supremely talented manager, and we must show him all the support we can. I actually believe that despite today's result there's a lot of positives to take. A lot of character was on display, and the comeback was unbelievable.ChelseaNumber of League Games won from November to Present:2 out of 10!
2 victories out of 10 in November? Is that Acceptable? Or do we Love Carlo Ancelotti too much that 10 league games is not enough?
Wasn't our loss 3:0 to Sunderland @ home enough of a humiliation. When did that ever happen?Chelsea2 victories in 10 premier league games since November! That speak for itself!ChelseaWell If we no longer wish to be "Grossly Disappointed" for the rest of the season, and be in a complete awful mood...Carlo ANCELOTTI must be FIRED!
Aston Villa's last was against Manchester City. Balotelli and Manc. City vaporized them 4:0.
Aston Villa also lost 3:0 to awful Liverpool in December.
And we can't beat Aston Villa @ our most desperate times @ home? This is a joke.
Ancelotti Get Out!CharlieAhahahaha, more caps lock AND MORE WORDS LIKE ANCELOTTI AND FIRED!!!!!!!!! JOKE FIRED ANCELOTTI FIRED!!!!!!!!!!! @ STAMFORD BRIDGE FIRED!!!! AAARGH!!!blog comments powered by Disqus
