Some good results today

At least from United’s perspective anyway. After a less than convincing win against Stoke yesterday, our position at the top was further solidified by the results from today’s games.

Arsenal and City battled it out to a 0-0 draw at the Emirates while Chelsea and Spurs were defeated away from home.

After this round of games, the table stands as below: (plus we still have our game in hand)

Enjoy!Utd4allStrange as it sounds, I find it amazing that we ( Utd ) are in such a comfortable position. Perhaps the Prem Lge has declined a bit? Utd with Gibson, O'shea, Park, Evans, Bebe, Obertan t el are at the top. Hmm. Then again, Chelski are a bunch of over-aged over paid has-beens, Arsenal a hodge podge of over-grown "young" players and City are just what they are: plain mercenaries. So Viva Utd.ahmad_hi don't think that the EPL has declined that much, i actually see that this is happening because the weaker teams have significantly became stronger, especially when they play at home, looks like they finally understood how to make benefit of playing at your own soil .... and they somehow managed to close the gap with the big guns in the league... we might be comfortable at the top but that is after having to withstand 8 nerve-wrecking draws and a few irritating wins as well, so we're not having the easiest season... but the difference between UTD and the other 19 teams is that we never surrender, we have that champion mentality, we simply love to win, and that showed perfectly in the aston villa game, where we were dominated, and yet came up with a point, with this mentality i find it hard for united to lose more than 2 matches in the entire season :)ahmad_hi actually enjoyed liverpool's loss, more than any other result today :) we are 19 points away, and streaming ahead towards our 19th title :)
hopefully, if we focus on each game by itself, we can finish the league undefeated :)
tottenham and chelsea are of no concern to me, it's arsenal and man city's decision to decide if they want to catch up with us :) GGMUblog comments powered by Disqus
